Slow Motion with D

I’m back in Cali again working, but I was able to catch the prologue and stage 1 start/finish of the Tour of California. Pretty cool to see this kind of excitement at a race in the U.S. Still doesn’t compare to a Alpenrose cross crusade though…ok, maybe it does. Here are some pics. I’m not the, “super fan,” that cozies up to the pros to get photos, but I have seen some pretty cool racers. I’m driving lots and eating lots, so my belly is growing! My riding has yet to start for the year, but I am itching to push the pedals…maybe if the weather stays nice for more than a day…

Doug before stage 1. I think he likes seing a familiar face, especially before stage 1 when all the talk was about who wasn’t racing…He says my beard inspired him to grow one of his own. BEAVERGRRR!!!!!!
